By installing or using the "Translate Slides with AI" add-on for Google Slides™ (the "Add-on"), you agree to these terms.
The Add-on translates the text of the presentation you have open, using AI translation that runs on the developer's own provider account. It modifies the presentation in place; duplicate your file first if you want to keep the original.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Add-on. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent it as your own product.
Translation is performed by a large-language model reached through OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) on the developer's own account. You create no account and no API key, and you have no billing relationship with OpenRouter. The text of the slides you translate is sent to OpenRouter to produce the translation you asked for. OpenRouter is an independent company with its own terms, privacy policy and retention practices, and it may route a request to a model provider that retains or trains on submitted data; the developer does not control this. AI translation is the only engine the Add-on has, so if that handling is unacceptable for a given deck, do not run that deck through the Add-on. See the Privacy Policy.
Every user gets 100 translated slides per calendar month at no charge. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Once the allowance is spent, translation stops working until the next month or until you subscribe.
Premium removes the monthly allowance: $9.99/month billed annually ($119.88/year) or $14.99/month billed monthly. Premium usage is unlimited subject to fair use: it is intended for one person's normal working volume, and an anti-abuse ceiling of 10,000 slides per calendar month applies. Reaching that ceiling is not expected in ordinary use; if you have a genuine need above it, email info@bilingoplus.com and we will sort it out. Automated, resold or shared-account use is not permitted.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides the secure checkout, processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles all customer-service inquiries related to billing, VAT and invoicing. The developer never sees your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the links in your Paddle receipt email or by emailing info@bilingoplus.com — cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change; changes never affect an already-paid period. See Refunds below.
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge, for any reason, by emailing info@bilingoplus.com or using the links in your Paddle receipt. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms; when a refund is issued, access to Premium ends. Separately, you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — cancellation keeps access until the end of the current paid period.
The Add-on is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Machine translation can contain errors; review translated content before relying on it. Formatting and layout preservation are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from the use of the Add-on.
The developer operates no servers of their own and stores no copy of your slide text; the only personal data the Add-on touches is your email address, used to verify a Premium subscription. Your slide text is sent to OpenRouter for translation, as described in section 3. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
These terms and the Add-on itself may be updated over time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
